Farm Bureau Insurance can help you achieve your life goals.  The Policy Services team is looking for a great new member.  We are currently interviewing for a Cash Control Clerk to assist the Policy Services team process payments and other financial tasks.

What you’ll need to have:

  • 1-2 years relatable cash or till balancing skills
  • High school diploma

What you’ll do:

  • Validate potential refunds to insured for accuracy
  • Research and process premium payments in suspended status
  • Process cash, check, and credit card payments to insured policies
  • Process field office payments from Premium Payment System
  • Prepare report for premium due to collection company
  • Process Underwriting backdated change request to insured policy
  • Process Electronic Funds Transfer Payment Plan Setup
  • Balance daily transactions to deposit reports
