Intermediate Help Desk Analyst

Farm Bureau Insurance® can help you achieve your life goals.  The Help Desk team is looking for a great new member.  We are currently interviewing for a Intermediate Help Desk Analyst responsible for logging, documenting, and resolving technical questions and problems.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • 2 years’ Help Desk experience

What you’ll do:

  • Log, document, resolve or refer technical questions and problems
  • Coordinate with other IT personnel to resolve problems requiring escalation to the next level support
  • Update end users on status of problem resolution
  • Assist in installation and setup of software, hardware and peripherals in order to support end users
  • Night call and overtime work may be required
