Assistance to Customers

We have put measures in place to provide assistance on premium payments, to customers financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, to include:

  • Waiving credit card payment and reinstatement fees
  • Providing special payment arrangements including a moratorium on cancellations and deferment of non-renewals in certain circumstances.
  • Customers can discuss arrangements through our Customer Support Unit.
