With current stay-at-home orders in place and following safe social-distancing guidelines, Agents closed their offices to walk-in traffic. However, most have staff on-site to provide service by phone or appointment. Where an office is closed and does not have staff available, their phones are forwarded to ensure customers get the service they need.
