Much uncertainty and disruption surround the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Through this, Farm Bureau Insurance® remains here, open, and ready to meet our customer’s needs.

Customer’s Needs…Our Priority

Our customers are our top priority.  We care about our customers and take our role in protecting their way of life seriously.  All of us are impacted by the widespread disruptions taking place. However, we realize that these disruptions may result in a financial impact on our customers as well. Therefore, we have put measures in place to provide assistance on premium payments, as needed, to include:

  • Waiving credit card payment and reinstatement fees
  • Providing special payment arrangements including a moratorium on cancellations and deferment of non-renewals in certain circumstances.
  • Customers can discuss arrangements specifically through our Customer Support Unit at 800-315-5998.

During this time, we encourage the use of electronic options to make payments, submit claims, and contact your agent. Access to payment and claim reporting are all are available by logging into the customer portal. Payment by telephone, either by one-time bank withdrawal or credit/debit card, is also available by contacting our Customer Support Unit at the number above.
