Local Offices Remain Open

With current stay-at-home orders in place and following safe social-distancing guidelines, Agents closed their offices to walk-in traffic. However, most have staff on-site to provide service by phone or appointment. Where an office is closed and does not have staff available, their phones are forwarded to ensure customers get the service they need.  Insurance is an essential service provider, as such, we remain open and accessible.  We are though, using all of our virtual options to keep person-to-person contact to a minimum. 

Likewise, our claims adjusters continue to handle claims.  Equipped to process customer claims with as little person-to-person contact as possible; our adjusters work persistently to provide service to customers.  Our Customers can report a claim by calling our Customer Support Unit, accessing the Farm Bureau MOBILE agent app, or signing onto the customer portal.

We encourage the use of electronic options to make payments, submit claims, and contact your agent. Access to payment and claim reporting are all are available by logging into the customer portal. Additionally, payment by telephone, either by one-time bank withdrawal or credit/debit card, is available by contacting our Customer Support Unit at the number above. 

Employee Safeguards

We work diligently to protect our employees.  Currently, approximately 90% of our staff are working remotely from their homes.  In so doing, we follow all state and county regulations and will continue to do so, in an effort to keep our employees as safe as possible.
